I can't ID your fish from those photos beyond the fact that they are cyprinids, but I should caution you to always check your game laws before collecting fish, and know what you have before you take it home. Believe it or not, many minnows are threatened or endangered; by taking them home you are not only violating the law but harming the wild populations. Also be aware that some waters of NY state are off-limits for collection of live baitfish due to the presence of an untreatable, often lethal fish-specific pathogen called VHS (viral hemorrhagic septicemia) that you DO NOT want in your tanks.
Collecting fish in the wild is a great hobby, but you have responsibilities and obligations which must be observed. For more info, including links to NY fishing regs, please check out http.forum.nanfa.org.
