I think they're probably joking. I hope so anyway. I would think that it's internal parasites of some sort, rather than constipation.

I don't think so. The 2 different pics show different points of view of the same stuff, so it would be very complicated to do.

If someone is taking all the time to do that in a fish forum, he must have a lot of free time.

Ok, I came here for help - was highly recommended by some people I know, all I get is that I photochopped this picture? I mean, come on people.....

It isn't photoshopped, folks. Give the guy a break. Look at the fish's shadow on the background and the surface reflection....including the trail of feces.
I would say it's probably internal parasites, as well. Hopefully the fish is passing them, but I would treat the tank to get rid of them.
