What to do?????? How much????

I personally don't think he desreves to know one way or the other. But, the honest (think karma) thing at this point would be to refund what he paid for fish, not shipping and refuse to do business with him again. It's pretty irresponsible on his part. These are LIVING creatures.

I did a 10 min. acclimation, and put them into a qt tank. I want to bulk them back up and make sure the rams are healthy and strong.

I will sale them in 1-2 weeks. The guy was issued a refund. ( I hated to give him back the $ for the fish, but I rather not go through this again).

Here are pics of the fish. Their color is already coming back in. I think they are happy to be in the tank. lol

GOT A SURPRISE TODAY!!!

The lady that I spoke with at the 90008 post office said that the rams were all dead.

Well, I opened the package, and ALL the fish are still alive. : )

Your kidding! Howed they live through that! And the rams look great!

Wow, you must have awesome packing skills! I totally agree with how you handled it. You'd think the guy would've asked someone to pick them up if he couldn't make it to the PO to pick up that many fish, especially ones that are supposed to be very sensitive!

I have to agree that receiving back live fish, you should be obliged to refund their cost but no shipping cost. The shipping cost is on him as it was his error. If the fish were deceased, any amount deceased would be deducted from original cost.

You may not be required to refund anything, but I feel offering a refund was responsible on your part and lends credit to your professionalism. As a person, I think you have done the right thing.

BTW - The Oscars I got from you are getting big!

You went above and beyond on your part. Hopefully, I will get my act together and need some stock. Your actions and definite packing skills warrant my business. Good luck.

Thanks for all the advice and help everyone. :D

(Excuzzzeme) I am glad to hear the oscars are doing great and growing fast. How large are they now? When they arrived to you, I think they were only 1.5-2". : )
