yeah, get two snais from different stores of the same type, and watch then multiply and multiply and multiply and multiply... Then see the kinds of diverse colouration in the offspring you get, kinda like your own little Gregor Mendel shindig, only with snails instead of peas.
I kinda always wanted to do that with a huge tank... Get a few livebearers like guppies (or mollies, swordtails, etc.) and snails from different stores, hoping for a little genetic diversity... Then just let em go for generations, and see what happens.
