When life hands you lemons.....

I wanna see what a black and white gravel looks like.. You should mix it up. Haha

I was gona post that exact thinG! I have salt and pepper aquarium gravel in my 55 with black stand and black back glass and I think it looks GREAT!

So what's the word on the cave and paint job here? I've been off the sire for a while and just started checking back in and this was a subscribed thread.

Well, as water tradgedy struck my tank, I lost about 24 fish in a 26hr period. I gave the remaining cichlids to a LFS who has always treated me good. The 100gal has since been converted to a 100gal and my 55 is empty. Water quality seemed to stabilize here as more residents moved into the new building. Wife and I are closing on our house this week and will have to move the tank to the new place. Currently in the 100 is a Flame Angel, Powder Blue Tang, Foxface Lo, 3 emerald Crabs, 1 cleaner shrimp, and 6 green chromis who have all been doing great and staying active. I'll post pics as we complete the move. The 55 will be going up for sale after the trip as we'll be using it as a temp tank as the 100 gets settled and filled at the new house. I have approximately 70-100 pounds of black as well as white limestone in total weight if anyone local wants it for free.....

Best regards and I apologize for the absence.
