which filter setup would you get?

(2) rena xp3's

or

an Eheim 2028 + ac 110?

Sorta leaning towards the 2 xp3's for more bio media, but not really sure. Help me choose!

I made my Eheim/AC vote assuming that you want just fish. If you're going to plant, I'd go Rena²

Well, I'll be getting plants but will be using low light plants and will not be injecting CO2, so really shouldnt matter. 1 vote for eheim/ac

what's the difference of the filters if using one of the other for the plants? I mean, why would it make a difference? (curious)

Surface agitation would allow more of the Co2(if being injected) to leave the water at the water/surface interface. Hence if Co2 injecting try to reduce surface agitation and skip HOB's.
