which lake do you prefer?

Same here...personally, I won't ever do a mbuna tank. They just aren't all that interesting to me. I don't know...:huh:

I like all the lakes and have fish from all of them, but I choose Victoria because these fish are among some of the most colorful out there. Along with the fact that most are rare and endangered, therefore we're helping those species out.

Actually it's keeping the species alive for future generations. I don't "sell" fish, I gladly donate them to others that have the same perspective I do.

Returning them to their natural habitat isn't an option at this point. It may be some time in the future, but with the problems at Lake Victoria, what is in our tanks may soon be all that is left of some of these species.

that is so sad. it would be wonderful if you set up a mass aquarium fish farm to produce them in large number to attempt to give them a comback.

and I misspoke when I said largest...Lake Tang is second to victoria by volume but largest in terms of surface area. whoops.
