white bettas????

I thought they were pretty rare, especially the pure white ones. I don't like the ones that are partly white, because they do look sick.
If I had all the money in the world, I would buy myself a spectacular all white male and a true forest green colored one, too. The true green ones run for about $100 each online. You have to get them directly from a breeder, because they'll hold on to them instead of selling them to stores.

I've seen the white opaque ones (sort of see-through fins) more and more frequently now, but not the white irridescent in the pet stores. If I ever see a white irridescent I'll need to be setting up yet another tank, LOL.
yeah, I don't like the cellophane ones. That's what they call the see-through whites. The ones I like are the pure, snow whites without see-through fins. Those are actually called "opaque". funny, huh?
Ah, cellophane! I couldn't remember the name of that color! So the opaque are actually the sort of shiny/irridescent ones then.

Pure solid platinum white. Looks a little yellow, but that's because of the water, they use almond leaves which tint the water.
