Ouch! Are there still signs of damage now? I was actually talking to a friend about this- Trying to decide what to put in my new 150g, or a new 110g if I get that... There is a vid on youtube of someone getting bitten by an African lung.

hmm I was told by the doc it was a hematoma , Yet when he burned the holes to drain the thing pus and blood came out like noones business. It was definitely swelling. I didn't see the doc for 3 days after it happened. That could be why it swelled up.

On a side note I work in heavy sheet metal applications and had a roofing panel fall (dumb*** working the other side pulled it from my hands early) It trapped both my thumbnails and tip between a piece of scaffolding which ripped off both thumbnails and caused a lot of damage. I did not see a doctor
(Being an opiate addict at this time ) And it healed back normal I am told I am very lucky. :headbang2:
 
Im all better now. Im a project manager (was just cannon fodder I did anything and everything hvac for 5 years) so my hands have healed from all work related injuries maybe some paper cuts from mechanical drawings ;). I still opt to get my *** beat training mma but thats a choice lol.
 
its funny because i actually did slam a car door on my pinky three days ago. it split my nail and gave the bone a small fracture. the nail won't fall off because my nail bed is intact, but it hurts like hell and its stil bleeding.

Had that happen before it sucks maybe we need to stop doing this :thm: around dangerous stuff lol
