winters here!

no.... in the summer, the sun stays up 'till 11:00. no, i moved here from florida, and I've lived here for 2 years.
 
Oh, well Alaska is one of the places I would love to visit. So when it is light for that long do places stay open later or do they shut down at normal times? Am I asking too many questions? LOL
 
normal times.... you know anchorage is a lot like any big city.... i'd even compare it to boston.

Id compare it more to Tampa than Boston at least thats the way it seems on COPS. Ive seen some real special people on Anchoage on that show lol.
We havent had snow here yet but Buffalo 6 hours to the west had 2 feet about 3 weeks ago now.
 
ahhhh. nah, we have too many college kids and the prices are WAAAY too high. it's sort of like boston meets little rock.

Yeah, winter has set in here to it was 31 the other morning ,"for about 5 mins right before sun up." Oh, well at least it will get the leaves on their way to changing.
