SO I have been working out everyday for the last month, I go running (2 miles when not at the gym) and do band resistance training home. When I am at the gym, I do 30 min on the elliptical (a hard 30) and bike for 10, and then depends on the day if I do more there. I have been eating health, no fried foods, white bread, junk. And I have been dropping weight and gaining muscle! So anyone on here have anything that they do to stay fit? And how is it working for you? Enquiring minds want to know!:woot:

I use to do a morning routine before I got 3 jobs..I use to bike for 30 then walk for 30 then run for 30 then hop back on the bike and cycle backwards for 30

worked great for me I use to go to bed at a half way decent hour of the NIGHT (not morning) now I'm lucky if I'm in bed by 3

I do 40 minutes (hard ones as well) on the elliptical followed by 20 (easy ones as a cool down) on the bike, then 30-40 minutes or so of weight machines (ab, leg press, arm machines, etc) 5 days a week.

i did the routine from about november to june, then took off the summer (3 kids as you understand does not make it easy to go to the gym during summer vacation). I started back up the first day of school (3rd week of august)> i now how my husband going as well.

I like a 10 oz curl, followed by 2 more. Gotta have the caffeine in my coffee. If I can't stay up long enough, I make just 1 cup do me until I can stay out of bed. Mostly it's get up, drink a cup, go back to bed, get up again, have another cup. . . . . . .
