At the moment I am injured because I just had surgery on my meniscus(knee) which i am doing PT forand a torn labral(shoulder)which I am also trying to heal:wall:, but I used to do upper body one day like bench and curls and then bottom like squats and leg press and other things through out the week. Every day included a abs, 3 mile run, pick up basketball and club volleyball as well!
BTW I did the "300" work out for a week straight and that was enough.. lol hard stuff :22_yikes:
