In spite of saying "Expert Only" I can count the number of person in AC alone that consider themselves an expert but in reality are not much more than a novices. The ego gets in the way of common sense too often and we get in over our heads (mostly by accident).
I'm just glad there is no proficiency test before being able to own some of these wonderful and exotic creatures.
