The fish get a variety diet - Tetra flake and granules, Omega One flake, freeze-dried bloodworms. Bottom feeders get one of three tablets, either Tetra "Rich Mix", Hikari Algae Wafers, or Aqueon bottom feeder tablets. Once a week or so I feed them frozen bloodworms, thawed in a cup of tank water before adding to the tank.
Typically the guppys and tetras get a pinch of flakes dispersed underwater (the tetras don't seem to like coming to the surface to feed, from what I've read this seems to be normal) and the corys/shrimp/snails get one tablet. Feedings are once per day. I try to vary the diet in hopes that they get a good mix of nutrition.
