Yahoo....Julies are spawning!!

My cories eat good food. Cories aren't just scavengers. They need high quality food like any other fish. So they get frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp flakes, algae wafers, shrimp pellets, etc. I do two large water changes/week in both tanks that house cories. I think it's a combination of being in top condition from good feedings and all that fresh water. When I do waterchanges, its 40-50% in each tank 2X/week. It is very difficult to get survivors in a community tank with hungry fish!!

debbi, glad to hear you're finally having better luck with them. we are too thankfully. :)

this site is great, btw and im glad to see someone familiar on here. how are your BN plecs doing?

LOL! Did that regular customer of mine ever get in touch with you about purchasing some of them? I haven't seen him in a while but he was very interested.

I called his cell and left a message. He didn't call back. I am growing a couple of batches out so I will have baby plecs for several more months. Not going to be doing much shipping in winter temperatures. If he's interested, just tell him to call me.
