Just throwing this out there to see how how many good folks in the aquarium community share my curiosity about coldwater aquaria. Most aquarium people may think that temperate marine aquarium fish are all drab, and having a name like "spiny lumpfish" would hardly dispell such a notion, so you have got to see this...

Wow, someone at the Vancouver aquarium is breeding/rearing this species, and they want to see if they are a viable commercial species for the aquarium trade... how cool is that... I heard it from a second-hand source, anyone else know anything about this?

The Vancouver Aquarium is such a great place, and I try to get there at least once a year. When I am there next I will try to track down someone that is working with breeding this fish and see where they are at.
