Your opinion on non-human primates (i.e. Bigfoot) in North America?

Maybe this is ridiculous. We just had a satellite leave the galaxy. Who knows? We could be destroyed tomorrow! No bigfoot though...

Personally think that there was probably a species of large primate living in North America at some time in our history, however, I do not think any are left. If they are still around, they are probably nearing extinction.

I do believe that Yeti, however, could exist, as there are many unknowns and rares living in the Himalayas.

Pretty much the same as what I think.

Following the 'more advanced then us' line, if bigfoot was more advanced, they could have evolved past earth and be interstellar, the ones we see are just keepin' tabs on their ugly, naked cousins (ie, us)
