Hello Russ, they are feeding fine now, both flake and pellet. Will look to add some mysis soon. Just took a couple days to adjust. Finally heard back from original owner who said they basically ate everything!

This thing is vintage. From some research, it looks like its an air pump? Is there still a need for air pumps in this day and age of aquaria, what with return pumps, powerheads, etc? Just wondering if there is anyway to incorporate it into my burgeoning fish room (much to my wife's chagrin)...

Yeah, Im thinking of adding a couple more SDs to that tank, as well as some angel fish. the 3 SDs in there now are fully mature, about the size of my hand, so i don't know what kind of affect that would have on new tank mates. their pretty docile and hide a lot, so probably wouldn't bother new fish.

And tiger barbs are best by themselves :)

Agree with Tanker. However, the dwarf lions tend to stay pretty small and the damsels are pretty fast. I think they would be fine. Your shrimp may be in danger, however.
