I'm actually planning to turn my current 55g cichlid tank into a W. African/Congo biotope. I'll be getting rid of my 2 female Dempseys, keeping the Senegal Bichir, adding a Synodontis(maybe) and a school of Congo Tetras. I thought about adding a pair of Jewel cichlids or Kribs but don't want problems with the Bichir if they were to breed.
I plan to plant the tank with numerous Anubias species and some Bolbitis (African Water Fern). The Dempseys used to be in my 75G tank (which is now a saltwater tank) and they just don't have as much room now in the 55g.

The 10G probably will not get upgraded for a while...but we'll see.
