If we destroy N. Korea, what would/could China do?

If Korea fires the first shot? Nothing. There would be too many countries in the world that would support us for defending ourselves. Including Japan and Russia, both of which are situated in ideal locations to react to any Chinese military movement.

If 'we' say we must stop the 'evil avis' N. Korea from building and selling more nukes and attack, then what's your scenario?

And have it blow up in our faces like Iraq? Hmm. I say let them do as they want. When they actually threaten or attack us, then we can move on it. Heck, if we actually develop these space weapons and defenses, we can just laugh at NK when it launches a missle at us.

Seems our technology couldn't keep track of weapons shipments out of Iraq after we gave them months and months of notice we are 'coming in'.

How would we keep track of NK's nuke shipments?

Im not so sure all these WMDs were moved out of Iraq. We have found no evidence to support that theory. In any case, NK wont be selling anyone a complete nuke, they have enough trouble making them. What they might sell is enriched uranium/plutonium. Both of which are fairly easy to detect with radiation sensor equipment. A whole heck of alot easier to detect than chemical/biological agents are anyways.

Also realize that its not the US alone who doesnt want NK selling nukes, it is nearly every country in the world, including China.

You are correct on that -- there are still some there hidden/buried in the desert. But the "proof" I saw at that time, was on TV. Yes, 20-29, 60 minutes or another one of those had U.N. footage of Iraqi trucks hauling off (at the last moment) identified parts for a nuclear weapon program. The were many other instances too.
