I have olives, bumblebees, and zebra nerites. None of them will touch it at all. Thing is, they won't eat clado either, though there's evidence online that they will. My SAEs on the other hand, can clear a basketball sized chunk of java fern covered in BBA overnight.

That's really strange. No trace of BBA left and they were in my tank for months until the nerites came. Guess I'm just lucky they managed to eat them.lol I did witness one nerite rasping on BBA and the tuft was gone when it crawled over another side of the rock.

IMO, I say that otocinclus is better then both of those choices!

Lol... I've never known otos to eat bba for me either... Maybe its just my tanks lol.

Inka4040 Maybe you should sell me your SAE... I wanted to get some but then I read that they eat mosses...so I dont know do you have any experience with this?

JL, I had a 5-yr old SAE that never ate my Java moss. What moss do you have?
