On a 20G tank, why not go for something like the $89 PAR38 bulb from www.rapidled.com. 2 bulbs would be perfect, but 1 would work nice also in the center if you just placed your rock/corals under the light and had dimmer edges. A whole lot easier than DIY and 2 bulbs is still around the same price as DIY.

LMAO for a second i though that was a showerhead! lol. but nice start so far! whats your final stocking and liverocks gunna be?
Love the PAR 38 idea and the Rapid bulb comes in 60 and 80 degree optics so the spread would be decent. If you can get 2 80's about 12" inches above the tank you should be almost cover a 30" length but still have some shadow areas. Not sure about the color of the rapids though. May not have too much blue so you may want to supplement. The 20K bulbs from nanotuners and ecoxotic look good too but the optics are tighter.
That funny... I'm not sure yet what I am going to have in way of livestock... what would you suggest???

Well, my box of rocks is at the house delivered by UPS. Can't wait to get off work and get home and add them to the tank.
