How long have YOU been keeping fish?

10 years now. All started with a 20 long community that i bought from my science teacher in the 7th grade. I have had almost everything, from community, to piranhas, to even a mudpuppy (waterdog)! Just haven't had my own saltwater tank, even though i have taken care of them when i worked in a pet shop.

2 years of serious fish keeping. I'm not counting tanks when I was younger because I wasn't as into it as I am now. :thm: to the people with 20+ years in the hobby. At the rate i'm going I will have about 70 tanks when I'm a 20 year veteran. LOL.

About 18 months now. Slowly learning and trying to learn more with each post and thread I read. I started off with 8 goldfish in a 29..... Lfs giving crazy advice. Now I am just about to start an amazon esq biotope, should start on the 25th.

ive been keeping fish since i was 8 so about 10 years and i will admit i dont know everything but i am on the pc researching fish and anything to do with fish for at least 4-5 hours a day "think im a lil addicted?"

I've always had them as a kid, metal framed slate bottom 10 gallon, then 20 gallon, then I turned 16..... from then until 1996 I was without tanks. Got a 55 gallon then and have graduated only once to my current 75 gallon. I also have a 7 gallon with a Betta and snails.
