Basically any non Neocaridina sp. to avoid crossing.

im doing blue pearl shrimp with either orange bee shrimp or green shrimp. would they look better with sand or black gravel.

My guess is that a darker substrate would make the color pop more...works with fish at least.

i already have sand that ive used in my other tanks its like play sand i guess.

I can sit in front of mine for hours and watch them walk and swim around the tank looking for food and bumping into each other and kinda squabble and then swim off.

They are amazing to watch

I enjoyed mine when I had a shrimp tank with RCS, tigers, and amanos. I just wished I paid more attention to my CRS colony. Get floating plants and moss. Shrimps love moss. They would pick at it, especially if you have a marimo moss ball.

i have ALOT of java moss and my anachris is growing fast so got that covered and im glad to see that shrimp tanks arent boring.

why not try a dirted tank? your plants would love it.

and neocardinias and cardinias CAN interbreed, but its extremely rare. probly not gonna happen though.
