Would this tank be overstocked?

That's a bristlenose pleco. They don't get very big, only get to be about 5" long.

Looks like a pleco to me.

anyway.. back to the original question, how many neons can i get? im not bothered about getting any more white clouds. when im at the fish store i'll buy some bogwood for the pleco. im feeding him Hikari algae wafers, are they alright? i have another tank with plenty of room in it incase i need to relocate either of my fighting fish., so that isnt really an issue.
