Featherduster's 24G Aquapod 150w HQI Reef

:duh: I've seen that movie about a bazillion times since my son was first old enough to watch it and I JUST NOW Got It. A-NEMO-NE. :lol2: Oh boy, having children really fried my brain.

I return you to your regularly scheduled programming............

-gasp!-

I.... didn't..... know.... until you pointed it out.

-goes and hides in shame-

Well, I haven't added anything new since I am saving up money at the moment for a trip next weekend.

But I did manage to snag some better pictures of my clowns.

I still haven't figure out names for them. They are funny little guys. The larger one is pretty grumpy. And smaller one has weird habits. You can tell that the larger one is already starting to get darker around his mouth. His body is already completely black (except for the stripes of course).

All these pictures were taken at night so the corals are sleepy.

Pic 1: The larger one is trying to do a dog paddle. He must be lazy.

Pic 2: They have started to "dance" around each other. They just finished swimming in circles and now the smaller one is twitching.

Pic 3: This is the one of the weird habits the small one has. He will randomly dart to the corner of the tank and float vertical for a while.

I did some rescaping. I like my left side, but my right side of the tank is pretty lame. I also got some new hairy mushrooms since my old ones died for no apparent reason about 6 months ago. I figured I would try again.

lol, i never noticed that either and I even added the ne to the end of nemo! My boyfriend just wanted to name the clown Nemo and I knew she was a girl since shes by herself so I said her name can be Nemo'Ne, haha! I guess we are all pretty slow!

Thanks for all the nice comments. I just can't seem to get the right aquascape. I am pretty happy with this final one. At least I don't have the urge to change it again.

Pretty & natural, love the caves and overhangs! Maybe you need a few more rocks, to have more to play with? Maybe another shelf type rock? I'm picturing a nice long flat piece across the front in the middle of that open space. Be a nice spot for a zoa garden!

I totally love the little shelves for the frag plugs! Did that come with it, or did you make that? Really cool idea!

Aquascaping is REALLY hard! I'm happy with how mine looks, but not completely happy with coral placement.

FeatherDuster...the tank looks beautiful! Really like the clowns and the choice of coral.
