Actually the property owner is PAYING the tree trimmers to do work on his property. Therefore He is responsible for damages to your property caused by them.
I would file a police report at the very least...

I am going to give them till tom to try and rectify the situation. they are bonded and insured, so they should be smart enough to fix this, or turn it into their insurance company ...i hope

Getting pretty excited planning/daydreaming for more tanks. Add supports to the house, set up a dry 100g+ and aquascape, oooh, lookie, a free corner with a stury desk, hmm, wonder if that'll hold another 10...
 
Judge, if you haven't already, set up a camera and video record these guys. It will help your case....and tell them to get off and stay off your property. They're trespassing at the very least.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I guess I should, ..But since most of the damage is already done, I don't really know what else they could harm:) lol

I could feed them to the dog, but I am afraid she would get a tummy ache!!
