true, but it also says if they have enough roughage (i.e. drift/bog wood, veggie matter) that it will keep their stomachs in check. plus i wouldnt feed em 4 discs a day.....then it would be bad.

I do that. *lol* But then I just end up with smaller fungi-bits that are even tougher to find. But it might be just because I only have 2 small Otos...

Neither.

I feed the Wardley to my mbuna since it's the only true vegetarian food available for general feeding at that price point. The Hikari I just wouldn't bother with because it's not that great for the price.

I'd go with Sera or Omega One to feed plecos. Those give you the best quality for the money.
