true, but it also says if they have enough roughage (i.e. drift/bog wood, veggie matter) that it will keep their stomachs in check. plus i wouldnt feed em 4 discs a day.....then it would be bad.

bigger is better I like hikari because my pleco seemed to grow better on them but i have a common pleco i would love to have a BN

well not always.... i do use both i just find when i fed them to the shrimp they bigger they are the better they get to them.

I feed the Wardley to my mbuna since it's the only true vegetarian food available for general feeding at that price point. The Hikari I just wouldn't bother with because it's not that great for the price.

I'd go with Sera or Omega One to feed plecos. Those give you the best quality for the money.

I like Omega One, I have some other types of food from them. I'll need to look into Sera.
