I was wondering if there are any good inverts for a tank with 2 angels 3 corys 2 platys and potentially some swordtails or guppies. I dont know much about inverts and thought they would be a pretty cool addition to the tank.

(No snails please):headshake2:

What is wrong with snails? They are great, you should try some. :)

What size tank? Is it planted? Do you have some wood/caves?

Well I dont know about snails... Maybe I would think about it if I saw some I like. Whats the maintenance on snails? Feeding, caring, disease, all that kind of stuff...

Sorry, its a tall 44 gal pentagon tank, no real plants, 1 piece of driftwood (until I can find more) and no caves. My cover is basically plastic plants.

Add some caves and put a p. clarkii crayfish or two in there. You can feed them shrimp pellets and whatever and there's no way the fish will be able to harass them because of their size. Not exactly sure how good at catching fish they are... :duh: marmorkrebs might be a good pick too, especially if the fish snack on the babies to keep the population down.
