Mafia 56. An Unknown Evil. THE GAME....

I can accept those answers Kash, they sound well thought out.

Jpap worries me also but if he is innocent I can't risk lynching a person that is kicking that many bushes. Being so far out there will bite him in the end if he is evil. I know from experience.

My problem is that you have gone through the trouble of building a case for Annie to show why he is suspect but voted Jpap, a lone vote at that and no risk to be lynched tonight.

So if you think Annie is evil why not put him over the top? Why risk losing Ogre or Phoenix to a coin flip? You seem to be more sure of Annie then Ogre or Phoenix.

Hope you see this before night fall though I'd still like an answer afterward if not.

Ok I missed the not sure enough of any of the 3 to risk voting them off but...

I don't think any of us are 100% sure of our votes. We are all voting for who we think is more likely to be evil. If you feel that Annie is more likely then he should be your vote. If you think japa is then I'd expect you to have built a better case.

I think jpap is just being active. I don't understand Kash's vote on jpap or why she waits until so late in the day to post a vote. I think this is very anti-town. Since she has a lone vote, there is really no accountablity.

I think that there is one player that knows who is evil and who is innocent. I know that player is not me. I think the evils are going to want to kill the mayor any way possible. I am hoping that there is a doctor that can protect the mayor from a hit. I don't want to be part of the lynch party that lynches the mayor.

My vote will stay on annie. I haven't seen much of a defense from them, but others seem to be speaking up in his defense. I am sure they will all have to answer the next day.

We are all in the dark this game, since we don't even know what the format is. There is an old saying, "even a blind mouse finds a piece of cheese."

I'll keep tabs then...me, Ice, Zs as far as I can tell have all said outloud that we do not see a case for Annie. I think Ice understands Kashs case, but I still dont see any reason to vote Annie over phoenix or ogre.

Forgot to add, I usually get myself in trouble for "defending" players day 1 when I dont get the reasoning for voting them...I'm fine with any questions should Annie come up evil. I honestly dont know, but I dont agree with why he is being lynched.

I am leaving my vote on pheonix and will be interested to see who shifts. I am glad there are three forerunners on this Day 1 for sure. I also think Kash's vote and any that follow her will be telling tomorrow.

Ice, I agree with you about Phoenix, but she's a total noob and I don't wish to take her out the first day.. as I posted already. I also don't see much that indicates coaching from evil teammates.. so I'm holding off on her. On Ogre... I'm still undecided. The whole game is vague and weird too, so nothing is straightforward enough yet for me to be comfortable about anything.

Being a total noob exempts you from being evil?? Thats a scummy post. You don't think her voting Ice out of the blue, then saying sorry guys is scummy??? HMMMMMMMMMMMMM.......

What added to my indecison about Ogre was the way he got put up for lynching so fast....... Early on, Annie and Jpappy both voted Ogre right away.. with DD joining in as a third vote. I was already wondering about Jpappy... then Annie's post also seemed unduly aggressive. So my impression from this about both Annie and Jpappy is very similar. I really don't like early Day 1 trains at all... the leading vote getters usually turn out to be innocents. So I look real hard at the players who seem most eager to take small issues and run with them.

To answer more about your question about Annie, these are the posts from him that concerned me... see below.

Here, Annie votes and retracts for no reason. The puts his vote on JL, saying reasons to follow. But there are no reasons given. And what he does say is meaningless nonsense.

I voted for the two players who said they were voting for me in the sign up thread. OMGUS in reverse.

Now here.. Annie gets around to giving us his reason for voting JL after all. But he's voting him over a joke made about college? WTF is that? It's got nothing to do with the game.

Yes my true intentions are to vote for someone for making a statement that has nothing to do with the game. Or, I might have been trying to bait someone to vote for me for that. I am a good baiter. Need I say, a master?

This post seems more reasonable at least.. finally. Ogre did draw valid suspicion upon himself for his statement that we may all have power roles.

Yes he did. Whether he is evil or good is still in the air, but im almost certain he has a role of some kind. He indicated that he thought everyone had a PR role of some kind. I know I didn't get a PM indicating I had any kind of role, so I know that isn't true. But he doesn't because he did get a PM indicating some kind of role.

As I read on last night/this morning... I caught these comments from Luvbugz which made some valid points, IMO.

So yes, I do see a mild case already against Annie... just not one compelling enough to vote him for it.

Meh, a mild case? Let me know if it warms up any.

Now, Annie.. Ogre.. and Phoenix are our most likely candidates to get lynched. While I do see good reasons to suspect all three of them, I also feel the cases against each one aren't strong enough to kill either of them this early on.

My comments on this post above, in blue.

i will move my vote to phoenix if it saves my ***. is that scummy?
