OMG it's spelled GAUGE

reading helps vocabulary, not spelling. Trust me.
Besides kickball and modesty, spelling is the only thing I am bad at.;)
 
Well the problem is the Government encourage the spell as gage - it is the commonly used by engineers when referring to measuring instruments - see the screen shot from the US Geological Survey Real-time water data site.

I do have the Firefox speller too :) There are some words like bougainvillea which I will never remember how to spell correctly...for those instances I am very glad there's spell check!

I'm very curious as to how often you have to spell that word...:grinno:
