Day 1 Noods votes Razz puts Razz ahead by 1 vote.
Sometime mid day Noods retracts off Razz, not sure of the timing but next vote count know shows Cnote ahead by 1, I'll have to look back and see if she caused the the tie to be broken between Razz and Cnote.
She doesn't want to vote Razz, JM or Doom because it will cause a tie, but there were still votes out there, how would she know if it stayed tied and besides she could move last minute if need be as she did anyway.
Instead she votes Tank who I don't really remember her going after much if at all.
She lets Mad "TALK" her into moving back to Razz with just a few minutes left.
I could see where JM thought it was fishy now that I've really looked at how it played out. What we have to consider is why she didn't want to vote Doom or Cnote, who she voted yesterday, on Day 1. We now know why she didn't want to vote JM, also need to consider if the talk in the den was who would be willing to be sacrificed.
If there are(were) 5 mafia I could see sacrificing 1 on Day 1 especially if 3 of them were on the block- Cnote Razz Doom. All were withing a vote or 2 of being taken out.
Doom moving to Razz from JM helps me to think this is plausible especially when he could have stayed and Noods could have just voted JM and taken out an innocent.
I know your asking why sacrifice when you had an innocent pretty much taken down.
1. Well it makes 2 of the mafia automatically look good, doesn't it?
2. Innocents get the free hit. Noods being the death blow might garner an OMGUS hit from JM.
I really like this post. I think the conclusion is far fetched, but it may have some nuggets in it. When we take a razor to the theory and cut out all the fat, I think it comes down to this.
Noods caught Razzs slip. When a teammate catches someone else there are two options 1. Hope nobody else catches it. or 2. Call them out.
1. This is a big game, almost 20 players, with many vets. Hoping that none of these players sees what Noods saw is a risky play. It's possible to lose your teammate on day 1 with no gain.
2. By calling them out, you assume the same risk in potentially losing a teammate, but you gain the potential to be cleared as a townie in many peoples eyes.
If Noods calls razz out on the slip, then she is obligated to vote him. She'd look very scummy if she didn't. When the town starts to take hold of the idea she drums up a story that something "piqued" her interest but she doesn't have time to explain or prove it. She then retracts her vote. For some reason that I don't think is ever really explained, she posts her vote on Tank and leaves it there until near nightfall.
30 mins before nightfall Noods is actively posting. At 20 mins untill night I switch my vote form JM to Razz, this takes JM off the block and puts Razz there instead. Noods posts again. With 9 mins left Mad calls noods out and shows that she can break the tie, and save the town from a no lynch all by switching her vote to one of her "suspects."
With 2 mins left she finally switches her vote and we kill scum on night 1, Noods is a Hero!
What bugs me, is why wait until so close to nightfall. She could have switched as soon as I made my switch. If she wasn't thinking about it, no big deal. But she went back and forth with Mad over it.
Maybe she was hoping someone else might come in and break the tie and lynch Cnote instead?
