So Wiz... this post seems to paint scum on Fozzy without coming out and saying it. For a guy who's been on and on about being direct, there's an awful lot of ambiguity here. Care to take a stand on Fozzy? Confused newbie or Scum? Any thoughts?

JB, for a sharp player you sure are conveniently missing things in this thread. I also stated I hadn't gone through the game yet.

When I am convinced and ready to say something for sure I first dig. I am not a great player and often make mistakes. But, I do dig and work to find scum. Maybe that is why I have developed a better rep than I think I deserve. I have since this post has been made taken a stand on Fozzy. See my last post. I also think I will start my digging with your posts. I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling from you and want to verify something before I state what I am suspecting.

Driver... not a lot to go on at all, but I have to be honest here; nothing helps take away the suspicion.

The part of this post that is interesting to me is the last bit. Driver actually asked a questions. Good for you, dude! But no follow up, no further mention of it at all. Seems odd.


Driver reluctantly votes O3T. He says later on that he didn't think the slip was a slip. I don't think I can believe that.

Part of what really bothers me about Driver is the antagonistic attitude. Also... care to say any more about your gut feel? Is that person still alive? Maybe if you posted a couple times with original thoughts that others could understand without having to pull out the "gibberish to english" dictionary, you'd be able to entice some people to listen to your gut feeling. But if you're not gonna try, then quit complaining.

More antagonism. More nonsense. Tell me, Driver... when have you seen a doc save an evil? I've seen them put protection on evils, but there's generally nothing to save them from. Please let me know how this makes any sense at all...

Really? Come on, Driver. Any real input at all? Do you have any real way to help or are you just trying to keep the bs rolling? It's time to either help or get out of the way.

At this point, I have to view Driver's game as that of a disgruntled leprechaun. Why would a townie be so grumpy. Unless... are you constipated, Driver?

Driver, Fozzy called him gravy, because it's so easy to want to lynch this... uhm, fellow.

Driver isn't even playing this game. he's just trolling us. Everything he posts comes off as scummy and unhelpful. so of course he's an easy lynch. The fact that JB is so willing to vote him for such obvious reasons makes me think he's just a terrible townie.


What's really important here is to see the level of digging really going on. Look at his posts about Wiz, Driver, and myself. there are a lot of words but they don't go too deep.

Just waking up for the morning and trying to get my head squared away. I'll put out some thoughts on everyone in an attempt to figure out my next move.

[AC] Driver8 -- I'm 90% sure Driver has to be scum. I've posted my reasons for that.
JB -- helluva guy. super smart and handsome too.
[AC] HI IQ -- IQ was the suspect I mentioned late last night that I hadn't talked about before. While I find some of his posts a little suspect, most of them have been quoted and questioned to death. I went back through this morning and tbh, I'm just not getting an overwhelming scum vibe from him. Added to which I think I know who IQ is which tends to support that feeling.
Zaffy -- I've seen Zaffy skate as scum before. I'm still not settled, but Zaffy is definitely a suspect.
Wiz -- I've made my suspicion on Wiz known. And I still think there's a good chance he's scum. I just don't have solid evidence to that fact.
Fozzy -- Fozzy is interesting to me. Definitely still a suspect
AAF -- actually, I'm pretty happy to lean AAF innocent. And let me say on a personal note that you're playing very well, dude =)

So I guess the next step is to look at Zaffy more closely.
In short, my list (in no particular order) is:

Driver
Wiz
Fozzy
Zaffy

Of course he's scum, he's easy to hate.

Just a few posts ago you said you had to "relax on Wiz..."

Surely some damning words against top scum right there.

You keep saying I skate, but truth is I messed up my ankle in high school and I can't skate now.


I think you included Fozzy because it's a rule that scum lists have to include a teammate.

You contradicted yourself in the same post here, Fozzy. Which is it, I'm highly active or not working hard enough. To my way of thinking, you can't have it both ways.

I disagree, I think you can have it both ways. You are highly active, but you're not working hard to find anything.

Wow... I take the evening out to tend to clients, and Zaffy comes out in a rash. I'll make a couple quick points before going back to pull posts.

a) Why did none of your massive suspicion on me come out BEFORE I started to make a case on you and it looked like others were getting on board? You said yourself that I was pro-town at least once that I can remember. Don't worry, it's in writing. I'll go back and find it for you.

2) You call me out for going for an easy lynch on Driver. I don't see it that way. I'm not one to go for low posters as a rule. You've said yourself that he might as well UD. If driver doesn't look guilty, who does? (see, I left you an easy spot for a snarktastic comment here... don't let me down)

d) I don't really have a d. I just thought it was funny to number it that way.

I'm going to start with Wiz's latest gem, since it'll take less time. BRB

Wait a hold it... you say I'm missing things, and that your last post comes out and calls Fozzy scum. Ok, I grant that that post did directly say it. But that post was 469. My question was post 446. So I ask you, how did I miss anything? You didn't post a direct suspicion until way after I asked the question. Do you really expect me to be psychic and know what you'll be posting in 12 hours?

The freaking search function still isn't working, and I've already pulled most of Zaffy's posts anyway, but I thought I'd go back and find this one. Here you seem to pretty clearly say that I'm townie. When did that switch exactly, Zaff?

This puts JB on the townie side of my book. He called O3T out before anyone else did.

You say that I'm scummy because I reserved a vote for a little bit. Then, after all the work you did "building a case" on me, you forgot to cast a vote? WTF? Are you still on painkillers for the ankle you sprained cheerleading in high school? You can see from the post that I wanted to go back and make sure that Chill's role hadn't been verified in the thread before casting a vote. Post 470 is total crap. I honestly don't get most of the points you're making. The town can read my posts for itself and make up it's own mind. I'm not going to bother with a point by point, since I can't get to what points you're making there. You say I made posts with no meaning... Irony!

Post 472... the bit about Driver. W/e. You're reaching and the town knows it.

Post 473... nice colors. It's very pretty, but really? that's what you've got? I did relax on Wiz. Doesn't mean I cleared him, but I stopped going after every little thing. That's relaxing. NEVER did I say he wasn't a suspect. Please pull that post for me. You must have found it in your "digging" but you didn't quote it? Why is that?

Post 475 is my favorite. Remember that one? The one where you nearly forgot to vote for me? Seems to me like if you Wanted to vote for me, it wouldn't have slipped your mind. Now, if you were SUPPOSED to vote for me.. you know, like strategy vs. really believing in your story... no way you would have forgotten.

I totally get that this is a last ditch effort for the scum team, but I would have thought you'd have come up with something better. You might as well just conceed. We'll find your teammate.

obviously its hard to read every single post in the game and take notes and read every word, so feel free to correct me on this, but I've gathered the impression that you haven't really had any strong opinions about folks this game, I mean there is all of the badgering with AAF, but that just kindof seems like banter. Is there anybody you really suspect at this point? or have suspected during the game?

Just got caught up in the game. I haven't gone through the game yet but wanted to address this first.

Fozzy, if you want to chew on the wizard, you better first grow some teeth.

From what I have seen from today's posts, I was not only wrong on LG but feel I need to look further than IQ. I will watch a bit more there.

I do believe Fozzy to be scum. He posts a lame excuse as to why he hasn't participated then comes out with this "slip" that he has discovered? Get real. Do you really think if that was a slip that Dawg would not have jumped on it? I think you are in the den and a vet has directed you to go for broke on the slip you think is there. That way he remains in the shadows. I will dig more to find your boss.

The Wizard, Fozzy doesn't have big teeth, but since there isn't anything better to do he will work on sharpening them on The Wizard's leg. Now Since Fozzy is tired of typing in 3rd person he is going to type in 1st like a normal person, Fozzy would encourage The Wizard to do the same.

See, I was told earlier in the game that the townies should be eagerly inquiring about each other to flush out the leps, I was also told that ambiguity gets people killed. So my point is simple, why are you so mad that I'm asking you why you called yourself scum? I heard your answer but I didn't hear you acknowledge your slip until after a couple defensive posts. See, I saw the slip and thought that maybe it was something, maybe it wasn't, and that I'd ask you about it and judge its relevance by your response to the accusation. Feel free to call me noobish confused scum all you like...also feel free to link me up a post of me calling myself scum, but you had no reason to think of me as scum before i accused you, now you're all hot to trot that I am? See, the only person I could think of trying to get a townie killed for thinking they're a lep would be a lep, most innocents would want that person to simply not waste their vote, or worse get them killed. If you were innocent and had no reason to defend yourself then why wouldn't you answer my question and be on about your day since nobody else seems to be agreeing with me (a mistake in my opinion), why would it be important to you that now I am suddenly scum despite the fact that even if I was I'm such a noob that I should be at the rock bottom of any good player's priority list?
