In all honesty you should probably let your tank settle after losing 5 fish so there isn't a mini-cycle. Plus it lets the fish recover somewhat so they aren't vulnerable to disease from new fish. But hey, your tank your rules :) Good luck with the Gouramis.

Ok, going to start with this... your current stock is WAY over the limit of a 37gal tank. Just sayin, discuss shouldn't be anything smaller than 60 gallons LONG and should be in schools of 4-5 or more. Angels and GBRs can have conlicts with each other, and angels are actually a semi-aggressive...

Off the top of my head, and knowing only what you have given here... I can only say that they are just swimming harder in the flow from the filter. How large is your tank (gallons/liters), what filtration does it have, are the fish showing clamped fins, any whiteness on the fins, salt like specs...

Yes I believe so (not an expert). I've also found that endlers are more colorful (though I find them a little tacky) than guppies, but I suppose that depends on the ancestry of the endlers.

It may be a little early for me to say this but, being a guppy keeper, she does not look all that preggo to me. If her body starts to become more squared in shape, then she is probably preggo.

So, I've been gone for a great long while due to the real world, but I haven't stopped running my tank(s). I'm especially proud of my 75 gallon, which is to date the longest continually running tank I've had since... well since I started fishkeeping on my own. I'm rather proud of it: 75 Gallon...

Ok, for keeping the tank from moving pretty much anything will work short of wood planks (and even those may work if u wrap them in blanket). With the gravel and assuming its damp that tank will be very heavy (though I don't know the exact weight), I'd put the gravel into buckets if you can and...
