Update...
Still full of water... I guess I just like it this way and look at how the moss is taking off!

I just noticed the glowing ghost shrimp eyes.

Is that moss the moss you found outside?

yep. The round leaf stuff doesnt seem to be growing. but this stuff is taking off. I will try to get a nice macro pic of some of it tomorrow morning.

The first shot shows some of it pearling in the direct sunlight(no CO2)

Boy I wish I knew what it was.

moss can thrive completley under water? i never knew that! btw awsome tank! is everything growing in foam?

It is actually growing in a loamy clay mix that is sitting on the foam.

Just found this thread and its a really spectacular look.... so by flooding the tank I assume the bug problem is a thing of the past. I am really surprised that so many of the mosses are growing submerged. Have you had to clean underneath the ditch lip yet and if so, how do you pull it off?
