Simply amazing tank and scenery.

I wish I had local areas to go collect fresh plants whenever the whim struck. Im jealous.

thanks very much. well i wouldn't call that area "local'. it's something like 1,900 miles away from my house.

Thanks for sharing another spectacular tank. I've enjoyed your other threads as well.

here is a shot from November.

that's my favorite picture of this tank. and here's a bloom, a rain lily (Zephyranthes candida).

the flowers are my favorite part of this setup. now that the weather has warmed that room also stays warmer and there are always a few plants blooming in the tank.

I saw your tank on APC and I have seen some of your other ripariums. The stand you built for one of them was also very nice. I think the riparium concept is ingenious and I would love to try it when I have the space and money. The riparium concept opens the plant aspect of the hobby up by allowing us to grow emergent plants, and it opens up new aquascaping opportunities. I think this one is especially interesting because in this hobby it seems most of the plants we get are from South America or Asia and it is nice to see some from North America for a change. It definitely deserved to be featured.
