Very nice. If I was doing this project I could just imagine a million trips to home depot err hardware store for lil things id forget to buy. cant wait for next update

Thanks for the compliment! Boy, no kiddin' - there are certainly a few little trips for this and that. Thankfully, there is a lumber yard just over the hill from our house, and Lowe's is just a couple of miles away (LOL)!!
 
Dude, this is truly impressive.

I'm crazy busy at the moment and don't have much time to catch up on AC, but each time I do there at least 20 posts here of update goodness. I could never tackle a DIY of this caliber; the pride you'll have when this is done can't be paralleled.... your (literally) stand, canopy and tank. Congrats so far and keep 'em comin!
 
I must say Coy that is a beautiful stand and hood. Doesn't DIY feel good? So when I ever get a new tank I must employ you for the construction of its hood and stand, believe it :)
Maybe you could whip up a house for me as well :P
