This is gonna be one awesome setup! I love what you have done with that driftwood! Can't wait to see more pictures of the progress!!!

Hey BK - I think it's getting close to the time to bring up the black substrate conversation again (lol). Just not 100% sold on the idea. The river gravel (as you like to call it) looks very good in the 45.
Like Obama says.. its time for a change..
Get a 5lb bag of river gravel and a 5lb bag of black substrate.. place them in opposite corners and see what goes best... See the black gravel you can mix with eco complete and get a bang of nutrients.. river gravel.. well is river gravel lol (biased)

The red flourite mixes very nicely with the "river gravel." (also a bit biased - lol). Have you seen my 45 (lol)?
5 pounds of each in the corners to see the "look" is a great idea - forgot you may have suggested that earlier!!
