i think he likes eating whatever that brown stuff is.

I would take ur pleco off, he might be super hungry and that is why? not sure, feed him some food asap, i guess.

he does that alot. and i dont know why he wouldnt be getting any food bc hes not like other plecos and is always out during the day(i think he has rabies) haha

oh and he jumped back down after a minute. he likes to stick his head out of the water and climb up the filter and stuff.

He likes the flow as many plecos do...lower the water level...

Well, I wouldn't know, my plecos are in a tank with a canister

Often see plecos that like high flow hanging on the canister suction strainer...

its usually low but he even does it when it is low. im pretty sure hes eating the brown stuff.

then the level is not low enough to prevent him from getting there...and/or he isn't being fed the correct diet.
