OK, I got the new glass in and installed after painting the viewing window frame with fiberglass resin to get a seal between the liquid rubber and the viewing window. Because I ended up replacing the frame after I broke the firstpiece of glass Ihadto spend some time adding more liquid rubber to the new frame. After everything was resealed and allowed to dry, I filled the tank last night and it has been leak free for over 24 hrs. If it makes it till tomorrow morning, I will drain it, add the sand and driftwood back to the tank, refill and fire up the sump.

Tank has been up and running for over a week with no leaks. All is well. I have started planting the tank and have added tropicals that have been in another tank for several weeks.

I removed that float this morning and put in on a 55G where it belongs. That thing barely held on through the 1/2" glass.

I going to be re-doing the bulkheads, not happy with the flow. I am only getting about 900gph through the bulkheads. I am going to remove them and install 2 overflow boxes which will each have 2-1.5" pipes leading to the sump. I will take pics along the way....
