A garden hose will fill that tank so slowly that there will be no need to shut it off if your looking to inspect one foot per hour, probubly about as fast as it will fill anyway.
How exciting a day that will be, I can see you know sitting in your favorite chair jumping up ever so often to inspect the perimeter for a leak trying to remain calm lol.

I think if it holds structurally leaking will not be an issue, congrats so far.

one gallon of that liquid rubber should be plenty to seal that whole tank so $150.00 for it, is a really good deal at that price

How'd you come up with that? It was going to take 5 gallons of Blue Max. The interior walls of the tanks total up to 275-300 sq. ft. give or take.

You're way off. It'll probably take 10 gallons to do it.
