ok, i don't need to loose a hundred pounds and i don't have issues about my weight, would just like to loose those pesky ten pounds from the babies, the youngest is two so ..i guess its about time, ..i really am not into counting calories, and mild exercise is fine,, buti really am lazy..so no running ten miles or anything, i did that when was like 16, it mattered more then i guess, just thinking that maybe someone has learned a good trick like eating melon for breakfast and then everything else is normal..have to look a little better my moms wedding is coming up and seeing family and friends i havent seen in years!
