You need a serious dose of reality kid. I don't think you've told us the whole truth or even understand the whole truth about your SSI. Is your SSI made out to you or your grandmother? If it's made out to you, how is she getting ahold of it? If it's made out to her, she's probably your legal guardian (for a reason) and you probably CAN'T move out on your own. Again, I think you need to talk to a mental health professional because with everything you've complained about on the board as well as in the chatroom, nothing is EVER your fault. If what you do claim about your living situation is correct, get with the board of health. There are resources out there to help you especially if you're on any type of government assistance. They don't just hand out money and then forget about you.
I'm a mental health professional and I have heard many stories of hardships like your own (yes, even with the not being allowed to shower bit!). Folks, remember that developmental and learning disabilities are on a spectrum and that people are affected to different degrees. There are some that take advantage of the government and there are others who ernestly need help because they can't hold a job (especially in this economy).
LBF, I really think everything will work out for you, you have some very positive qualities that I see in the kids who make it. Namely - initiative, ability to utilize resources to find what you need, planning ahead, good self-esteem, and a desire to separate yourself from the "chaos".
Please do consider trying to quit smoking. E cigaretes have proven very successful for many people. They look just like real cigs, you smoke them, and you get the nicotine. And best of all they cost much less. Blu is one of the best brands.

and my aunt had to nose into my business and tell them bout my fishtank grrrr they told her i cant have it i guess so ill ask tomm to make sure but if not then ill have to sell it i guess and but a new tank later in life

LBF- Here is an interesting link from the Social Security Administration about a "Ticket to Work" program for transitional training for recipients of SSI offered by the Federal Government. Don't know if this applies to you, but it looks like the gist is that it provides training for people on SSI, allowing them to keep their benefits while receiving vocational training based on their own ability to work.

i told her well then i have to sell the tank then but she told me that i promised the tank stays here for a year ( everyone changes ) but if i move either its commin with me or im selling it HAH im not leaving the tan here with them THEY DONT EVEN NOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF FISH!!
