Wow!:eek: Did you ask for a refund?

Well, thanks to some mistake somewhere along the line, my payment never went through, and they still shipped the fish. They never even tried to make me pay the shipping. I had just written it off as something to get back to later, and then unexpectedly got their package the week after.

The tetras became fish food, and the shrimp died a few weeks after I got it, but that was my own stupidity.

All in all, I paid nothing, and got nothing.
 
He told me he would win this if I took him to small claims court. I agreed, he would win. Again, I told him I thought he misrepresented the shipping charges and thought it was deceitful. He called me a Hillbilly and hung up on me.

I wouldn't deal with this company. I get all my fish at LFS. But I bet that if I really want a rare fish I will not go there. And it sounds like this company is DOA.
