Do you know your water condition - specifically temp, gh, kh and ph ? Vaguely i remember one of the crypts (not sure if it was this one) being very sensitive to water condition or more specifically temp/hardness.

This things is a tank IMO. pH - 8.2, GH & KH about 9, temp is room temp no heater.
