Blue's Tang Tank

Another development in the drama of my Tang tank!

The mbuna have been removed because they were tearing up the platies and I knew once the platies were gone the Tangs would be next.
The next development is the largest Chalinochromis brichardi (which I believe is male) has taken over the entire rock pile and is keeping the rest of the Chalinochromis brichardi closer to the top. No damage has been done but I'm not sure if I should intervene or not.

29gal yes you should step in and you may have to rehome him.. My 8 C. Brichardi constantly chase each other in the 120gal..

Sorry to hear it Blue. Are you putting them in you 80?

Have to agree with Pitt, you should remove them. Good luck!!!!

Not really sure they would work with my set up. I think I'm pretty much stocked as much as I can be?

In my 55 I already have...
4 yellow labs
4 rusties
3 Acie's
4 Afra's
5 Albino Socofi (planning to rehome 2 of em)
1 OB peacock
1 Ahli
1 Strawberry peacock
1 hybrid lab/kenyi?

Anyone think I could add them?

I meant for the shellie tank you are planning :)

LMAO..oh, duh :duh:

Hmm, well it would be a couple weeks before ready...would they replace my julies then, or would they have to replace the Lampro. Strappersii?

I would think the julies since these guys act a lot like julis. I can hold onto them for a while still. I don't think they are in immediate danger. I'm watching them closely and they are all eating and haven't been beat up at all. Not even a torn fin. They just aren't allowed in the rock pile anymore.

I just figured I owed you one for the acei :)
