Fun stuff. Bet your mailman/woman was happy with you :)!

it was freighted to my work's loading dock so the mailman wasnt involved... i wasn't happy about carrying it all tho! Makes me realize how heavy this thing is really going to be!!! might want to think floor support.

Yeah if this is not going to be on the the ground floor, you definitely need to put some supports in place. Pump jacks and such - also is this going to be perpendicular to the floor joists when set up??

Nice build! Following along :thm:
Yeah, me too.

Well the tank is in the house now and out of my garage space! The fish tank is 6" from the foundation parallel to the rear and 6" from a 6"x8" floor joist that runs parallel to the front. Its a old house so the runners are just over 3" wide unless most new construction which is 2". I thinks being that close to the foundation and that close to the floor joist to the front i should be safe especially with the runners being that heavy. I set up the rocks and sand as-well today. Ive read allot of people use silicon to hold the rocks in place so that's what i did. I figure if i ever have to move it i can break the silicone apart. That and i had 3/4 of a tube of the momentive silicone left from the braces.
