can you feed big fish dog food??

Hmmm..
i like feeding mine the stuff that makes the gravy cause my fish just love eating that stuff. Plus the gravey helps give that tank a nice darker and richer color.
But as the added bonus treat for my fish, I will add a whole can of dog food in the tank.. Gosh when my oscar would come up to the top of the water gasping for air, well sure enough he was full and just needed to loosen up that belt. Wow was he just swollen with pride.
This why I alway recommend Alpo's Gravy Chunky Lamb special for my fish, it makes the coat just glisten in the water.

silent I think it's chitin- I'm likely wrong but yeah, any bug with a tough "coating" like an ant or a mealworm or a beetle is tough for organisms to digest if they do nott posess a a specific enzyme to do so.

You should actually see the white fuzzy coat on the.. its very impressive. The only downside his eyes are very glassy looking. :O

All joking aside, i only feed my fish, standard fish foods. Saltwater i only feed frozen and other fish Omega one flake and frozen foods.
