You think?? I thought it was a great shot.. He just really hated being pinned under that suction cup.. Almost ripped his tail off trying to get away...

I'm still trying to get "that" shot.. I'm thinking 14k lights might help a lot.

Well I got a much better pic of the angel, but the royal gramma still elludes me.. She's ok but won't sit still enough to have her mugshot taken.. Oh well.. Try some more.

Mangroves - lots of pictures 56k warning

Well I purchased mangroves online this week and they have arrived today.. So I'm gonna keep a log of how it goes with the sump and if they work for nitrate export.

Very wet news paper.. Could probably get a cup of water out of this..


And Here are the plants..


All lined up ready for inspection.. No black spots (which is supposed to be ok) just a couple of browning leaves.


Giving them a quick dip in RO/DI Freshwater then Acclimate in Saltwater from the tank


After about an hour.. Into the sump they went..


Had a couple of short ones.. Gonna try and grow these out.. The leaves can't go under the water.
